General terms and conditions for the booking and participation in the International School Grounds Conference Berlin 2017:
1. Area of application
The following general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between participant at International School Grounds Conference Berlin 2017 (In the following “participant”) and Freilandlabor Britz e. V. (In the following “organiser”).
2. Registration/ Confirmation of course registration
The registration is only possible through the website “www.schoolyard-diversity-berlin2017.de“. The registration becomes legal with the written confirmation by e-mail on receipt of the conference fee.
The conference fee (per person) contains all performances listed in the registration. If the event isn’t possible due to acts of god and/or because of disturbances at the venue, the participants are immediately informed; the event must if necessary be cancelled. In this case the conference fee is refunded. A refund of expenses for travelling and overnight accommodation is excluded. The program is subject to change.
4. Registration and payments, cancellation
The registration becomes valid with the receipt of the conference fee. The payment is carried out by means of bank transfer. Other modes of payment are excluded. The remitter is responsible for all arising charges and expenses of the transfer. A cancellation isn’t possible.
5. Revocation right
The revocation right is 14 days after in-payment and has to be addressed to the following mail address email@example.com .
All conference documents are on copyright protected. A simple, not transferable right to use is given to the participants for no commercial use under detail of the source.
The organiser isn’t liable for damages by participants.
8. Data privacy statement
With the registration, the consent to the publication of name and mail address of the participant as well as photos is granted. All further person-related data are subject to valid protection of data privacy in Germany. Photos of children and teenagers in nurseries and schools may not be published.
9. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction and place of performance
German law is valid. Berlin is place of performance and place of jurisdiction.
